Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Grilled and gooey. The filling is made up of smashed avocado, garlic, spinach, and white cheese. For dairy free options, choose a shredded cheese that melts similar to the real deal.
What You’ll Need:
1 cup mozzarella style cheese
1 garlic clove
3 cups fresh spinach
whole wheat bread
How To Make It:
In a blender, pulse your mozzarella, avocados, garlic clove, and fresh spinach together.
Butter one of the sides of each whole wheat slice and add the avocado mixture between two.
Fry them up, and for long enough that you feel the avocado mixture inside is warm.
