THE GOODS:

One of my favourite breakfasts. Straight forward – coconut yogurt topped with fruit and granola. If you are not a fan of the taste of coconut, luckily most brands mask the taste with different flavours. Coconut flesh is packed with vitamins and minerals that benefit your immune system.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Coconut yogurt

Sliced fruit

Granola

HOW TO MAKE IT:

As simple as can be.

I usually add some coconut sugar on top if the yogurt is unsweetened.
