Green Smoothie Bowl


The Goods:

You can buy smoothie bowls left and right these days, but they’re so much more satisfying when you make them yourself. The toppings are endless, so get creative. The pineapple masks the taste of the spinach, and also improves your digestion with its many enzymes.

What You’ll Need:

3/4 cups almond milk

2 cups green spinach

1/2 banana; preferably frozen

1/2 avocado

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

How To Make It:

  1. Combine the almond milk, green spinach, banana, avocado and frozen pineapple in the blender.

  2. Add toppings.

    If not thick enough, add more frozen pineapple, banana, or avocado. These ingredients work to thicken it up.
